Don’t miss this informative, engaging workshop that will teach your teams valuable skills to raise their Instant Challenge performance to a new level!

Teams will attend 4 sessions, all held in the Killian cafeteria:

General IC Information including Parts of a Challenge, Roles, Team Member strengths and weaknesses and much more.
Performance IC Skills – characterization, storylines, what to avoid and acting pointers
Task IC Skills – types of task ICs, use of materials, risks and choices, gotcha tips and roles
Breaking it Down – scoring, teamwork, risk-reward, what creativity really means

The Rules:

A minimum of 2 team members is required to attend.

All teams will attend all sessions. There will be no reduced fee for sessions not attended.
Teams that arrive after a session has begun will be asked to wait until the next session begins.
Teams must be accompanied by at least 1 but not more than 2 adults.
No tagalongs (additional kids who are not team members)
No walk-ins will be accommodated – teams must be registered by the deadline to attend.
A 15-minute break will be scheduled after session 2 and snacks may be brought to consume at that time only. DO NOT BRING A FULL LUNCH – THERE WILL NOT BE TIME.
Team managers are expected to control their team members’ behavior and clean up after them before leaving.
Team members may not be left unattended after the workshop is over.
A max of 40 teams will be permitted to register.
Registered TMs will receive instructions a few days prior to the workshop.
